SB-09 Perfect Binder
The Horizon SB-09 Perfect Binder is a 9-clamp binder that can run at speeds of up to 4,000 books per hour with fully automated setup and changeover. It can be run either as a standalone binder or as part of an inline CABS 4000V Binding System.
Overview
Production flexibility:
The SB-09 Perfect Binder can be operated as a standalone perfect binder or as part of a CABS 4000V Binding System which also features the Horizon MG-600 Gatherer and HT-110 Three-knife Trimmer.
EVA or PUR
Switch between EVA or PUR production with the SB-09’s interchangeable glue tanks.
Advanced features:
The SB-09 features a 10.4″ intelligent color touchscreen control console, automatic air-suction cover feeder that handles a wide range of cover materials without marking, automated inline cover scoring, job programming, and more.
