HT-1000V Three-knife Trimmer

Hands-free setup:

Variable trims are set up by reading a bar code printed on the cover sheet of each book at the entrance of the trimmer, with no operator input required. For same size production runs, the trimmer can be set up offline via touchscreen by inputting the desired untrimmed and finished size.

Variable production:

The system trims up to 1,000 books of variable thickness and format size per hour, accepts a broad range of input sizes, and delivers trimmed books from 5.7″ x 4.05″ up to 13.39″ x 11.81″. The system can also trim stacked books with the same untrimmed size and finished format at the same time for high productivity when variable trimming is not required. The HT-1000V can be configured inline or offline with upstream finishing.
