VAC-1000 Collator
The VAC-1000 Collator is a 10-bin collator that features a patented rotary-pulse vacuum feed system, handling virtually any stock at speeds up to 9,900 sets per hour. The system is expandable from 1 to 6 towers.

The system is expandable from 1 tower (10 bins) to 6 towers (60 bins), with the ability to run the system in both directions at full speed.
Easy-to-use touchscreen:
All system controls are centralized on the simple but powerful icon-based touchscreen console.
In-line options:
The VAC-1000 can be easily connected to single and dual-pile stackers, joggers, high-speed sheet feeders, stitchers, and bookletmakers.
