ANDOVER, MA, April 27, 2022 – Standard Finishing Systems, a leading supplier of post-press and paper handling solutions, recently announced that their case study presentation for the State of Kansas’s Department of Administration won “Best Sponsor Case Study Presentation, In-Plant” at the Inkjet Summit conference which was held April 11-13 in Austin, TX.
Hosted by Frits Knepper, Regional Sales Manager at Standard Finishing, the case study presentation featured representatives from the State of Kansas who answered questions in an interview-style format. Topics discussed included the transition from traditional to inkjet, their unique needs as an in-plant print shop, their experience with Standard’s virtual and in-person demonstration programs, and their experience with the equipment purchased from Standard which includes a Hunkeler Roll-to-Roll solution, a Hunkeler Roll-to-Slit/Merge solution in-line with a Horizon AFV-566F/TV-564 folder, a Hunkeler Roll-to-Stack solution, a Horizon StitchLiner Mark III Saddlestitcher, a Horizon BQ-500 Perfect Binder with gauze feeder running in-line with an HT-1000V Trimmer, and an off-line Horizon ESF-1000 End Sheet Feeder.
The award for “Best Sponsor Case Study, In-Plant” was presented by Dave Pesko, the EVP of Business Development – Hosted Events and Research at NAPCO Media, on the final day of the conference.
