On June 19-20, Standard Finishing Systems welcomed customers and print service professionals to their National Demonstration and Training Center in Andover, MA, for their second annual Finishing 360 event.
Designed around the theme of “Automation Drives Success”, this year’s Finishing 360 drew over 100 attendees and gave them a full circle view of the bindery to help them assess their current workflows, evaluate new equipment, and witness the benefits of automation throughout the finishing process.
Attendees were able to see a comprehensive lineup of automated Horizon and Hunkeler solutions in action along with personalized demonstrations catered to each visiting company’s needs. On display were Horizon’s latest perfect binding, saddlestitching, folding, slitting/creasing, and die cutting solutions, as well as Hunkeler’s Generation 8 pre- and post-processing solutions.
Standard welcomed representatives from the Printing Industries of New England (PINE) as well as digital print partners to Finishing 360 to help give attendees a well-rounded experience as they toured the demonstration floor. Attendees were also able to enjoy catered barbeque lunches, exclusive giveaways, and raffles.
