VAC-1000 Collator

The 10-station VAC-1000 Collator features a patented rotary-pulse vacuum feed system, providing flawless feeding on virtually any stock at speeds up to 9,900 sets per hour.

Expand to fit your needs: The system is expandable from 1 to 6 towers, with the ability to run the system in both directions at full speed.
Easy-to-use touchscreen: All system controls are centralized on the simple but powerful icon-based touchscreen console.
In-line options: Offer professional-quality results with high levels of automation with single and dual-pile stackers, joggers, stitchers, and the Standard Horizon SPF-200 series bookletmakers.

CCR Criss-Cross Stacker

The Standard Horizon CCR Criss-Cross Stacker swings 90 degrees after each cycle, providing clearly separated sets to simplify handling of materials. It can also be added to the SPF-11 Stitcher/Folder or the SP-10 Multiple Head Stitcher for stacking corner- and side-stitched sets.

ST-20/20R Stackers

The Standard Horizon ST-20 and ST-20R Offset Receding Stackers offer precise, clean offset or straight stacking. The ST-20R performs offset stacking from the rear of a VAC Series Collator.

ST-40 Stacker

For jobs that require stacking only, the ST-40 incorporates an innovative error rejection system, and eliminates the need to roll away heavy finishing accessories.

ST-60 Stacker

The Standard Horizon ST-60 Dual-Pile Offset Stacker automatically diverts collated sets to a second stacker when one stacker is full, allowing continuous production and easy unloading.

PJ-77 Jogger

Driven by an independent motor, the PJ-77 paper jogger vibrates collated sheets into perfect alignment.
