SPF/FC-200A Bookletmaker

The Standard Horizon SPF/FC-200A is a fully-automated combination stitcher/folder and face trimmer that is equipped with a user-friendly 10.4″ intelligent color touchscreen that provides advanced set-up automation and centralized control.

Easy, automated changeovers: The SPF/FC-200A brings bookletmaking automation and operator ease-of-use to new heights with quick and automated setups that include folder roller gap settings.
Precision engineering: Precise stepper motors drive end stops, side guides, stitching heads and other systems to the exact location for the sheet size and finish style selected.
Increase productivity: The SPF/FC-200A features an integrated hand-marry station for increased flexibility, and a built-in error eject tray which allows for non-stop production at speeds up to 4,500 booklets per hour.

Four Stitching Unit

Additional stitcher heads can be mounted for up to 4 stitches per booklet. Optional stitcher heads are available.

Loop Stitch Kit

An optional loop stitch kit can be fitted to the standard stitcher heads to meet a variety of customer applications. Loop stitch kit is required for each stitcher head.

Preset Kicker PK-30

According to a preset number input on the touchscreen, one booklet is skewed to easily identify and separate the end of a series.

TBC-200L Top and Bottom Trimmer

Can be connected to the SPF-200 Series bookletmaking systems or stand-alone available. Provides bleed trimming on the head and foot of each booklet.

HOF-400 High Speed Sheet Feeder

Feeds collated digitally printed output up to 25,000 sheets/hour (11″ x 17″) and 35,000 sheets/hour (8.5″ x 11″). High-quality feed detection system for reliable processing.

CR-400 Creaser/Bleed Trimmer

Can be connected to the HOF-400 Sheet Feeder to perform bleed trimming of digitally printed sheets before entering the bookletmaker. The impact creaser avoids cracking on digitally printed applications.
