AFC-566FG Folder

The Standard Horizon AFC-566FG Automated Floor Model Folder brings folder automation to new heights with a fully automated setup, including gap settings. This folder has been designed to serve the graphic arts and digital print markets with ultra-quick changeovers and the ability to handle sensitive digitally-imaged sheets without marking via specially-formulated combination roller and scoring systems.

High speed production: The AFC-566FG is equipped with 6 fold plates, which allow a wide variety of fold patterns in a minimum amount of floor space at speeds up to 42,000 sheets per hour.
Easy-to-use touchscreen controls: The AFC-566FG includes advanced set-up automation through a user-friendly 10.4” color touchscreen control panel that displays all common fold formats and sheet sizes for easy selection.

KT-ET5 Edge Trim Device

Segmented rollers below the 1st knife come standard, attach the KT-ET6 to edge trim the closed side of 8-page glued signatures.

CGU-T56F Strip & Edge Trim Device

Center strip trim and edge trim are available under the cross knife. Segmented roller allows for flexible cutting position adjustment.

AF-ST5 Strip Trim Device

Strip trimming can be performed using slitters for multiple-up jobs. Stripped width can be adjusted in 1 mm intervals from 3 mm to 10 mm.

FP-56 Front Perforation Unit

Permits perforating before folding. A hardened blade drum provides highly precise micro-perforation. A skip perforation unit is also available.

MKU-54/54T Mobile Knife Unit

Mobile Knife Unit with one buckle under the knife, two buckles can be attached on the MKU-54T.

PSX-56 Press Stacker

Stacked signatures or booklets are delivered to a comfortable height for easy packaging. 1, 2, or 3-up for efficient production, and rigid rollers apply 1.2 tons of pressure for crisp, tight, and flat folds.
