Standard is very mindful of the ways Coronavirus impacts all of us and we continue to monitor the situation and take proactive measures to help mitigate its impact to our employees, customers, dealers, partners, and operations while keeping their health and safety paramount.
Standard continues operations across all departments under essential services guidelines of a Massachusetts Emergency Order announced on March 23, 2020. Equipment, supply and parts orders continue to be processed and shipped in a timely manner while all departments continue to be available and responsive to all inquiries and requests.
Please note that at this time we have not experienced any delays in our supply chain from our manufacturers as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak. Standard is maintaining strong communication with its suppliers and working closely to assure the steady flow of product and services.
We continue to make every effort to provide reliable service and support to our customers and have made contingency plans to assist in this effort. We have implemented flexible policies to assist staff to remain as safe as possible while the company remains fully operational. Standard is also limiting our staff to essential travel, and these cases will be reviewed as they arise.
We are working closely with customers to meet their installation and technical service needs while remaining alert to changing travel limitations resulting from the ongoing pandemic. Calls to our main number (1-800-526-4774) will be routed seamlessly to remote staff. Team members are also utilizing normal email and cell phone communication, as well as conference or video calls to help maintain a strong level of communication. The Standard facilities have limited access at this time, so please call Standard in advance before planning a visit to any of our buildings. Thank you for your understanding.
We appreciate the trust you have placed in Standard as a valued partner and thank you for your patience during this challenging time.
