Junior Staff Accountant

Job Description

Standard is currently looking for a high energy, experienced, and motivated individual to join our Finance Team as our Junior Staff Accountant. Strong problem solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, a good work ethic, and working well with others are all a must.

General Responsibilities Include

• Assists in all daily functions of the Finance Department including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Sales and Credit approvals.
• Reviews and approves RMAs.
• Other projects and tasks, as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. V-lookups and Pivot table, a plus).
• Salesforce/FinancialForce experience, a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Efficient organization skills, prioritization, time management, and strong ability to multi-task.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with the skills set to work collaboratively, as a team.
• Strong attention to detail required.
